That’s why we’re on the hunt for the CRO Specialist who’s ready to make a real impact.
❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries.
THE ROLE
As a CRO Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing conversion rates, driving revenue growth, and improving customer acquisition and retention. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead A/B testing initiatives, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and focused on delivering measurable results. You’ll take a hands-on approach to testing, ideation, and execution, all while managing the full optimization process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate Marketing Objectives into Testing Initiatives: Convert business goals into actionable testing strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, and operations teams.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Plan, prioritize, and execute A/B experiments across different performance channels to optimize conversion rates and increase key business metrics (revenue, churn reduction, and customer acquisition).
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with copywriters, designers, developers, data analysts, and marketers to create, launch, and analyze experiments. You’ll also create wireframes and craft recommendations to ensure the best user experience possible.
Test Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor the results of A/B experiments, make implementation decisions, and propose actionable next steps. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct Qualitative Research: Understand the “why” behind the data by conducting qualitative research and gathering user feedback to optimize user experiences and conversion pathways.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, design, and tech teams to align on project goals, execute strategies efficiently, and deliver optimal results.
Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify new testing opportunities and ensure we stay competitive.
