Foxelli Group Recruitment Privacy policy:
1. What data is collected:
Foxelli Group collects data provided by candidates in the application process. Depending on the application, the data may include:
Contact Information such as name, email address, physical address, telephone number;
Employment Background Information such as resume, employment history, academic and professional qualifications, and certificates;
Contents of the candidate's CV;
Recommendations from previous employers.
Additionally, for some recruitments, we may ask candidates to complete test tasks or video questions. We also may record video interviews with verbal consent at the beginning of the video. If verbal consent is not given, the video recording is not done. These video interviews and test tasks are an important part of streamlining the recruitment process to evaluate candidates more efficiently.
All video recordings are deleted within 7 days after the recruitment process is completed.
2. Why is certain data collected:
The data is collected and used for the following purposes:
To communicate with you about your job application and potential future job opportunities;
To administer, support, and manage the job application process;
To be able to examine if the qualifications of applicants match with our job openings;
3. Who can access the data:
We ensure that applicant data will not reach 3rd parties and will only be used by Foxelli Group staff members such as:
Recruitment team;
Hiring managers;
4. How long is data stored:
The data retention period for applicant information is 6 months from the consent date. Nearing the expiration date applicants may be contacted and requested to renew their consent in order to keep their information in our database for the purpose of potential future job opportunities. If consent is not renewed until the end of the retention period, all of the applicant data will be deleted.
5. Your rights: Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a number of important rights regarding your data:
Access to your personal data.
The right to require Foxelli Group to correct any mistakes in your personal data.
The right to request your data to be deleted ("Right to be forgotten").
The right to object, in certain other situations, to our continued processing of your personal data.
If a candidate requests the deletion of their data, this will be done within five business days. A confirmation of deletion will be sent once the data is removed.
