❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries. 

THE ROLE

This is a dream role for e-commerce fans who thrive on seeing ideas come to life and want to make a tangible impact on fast-growing brands. We are seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to support our Chief Creative Officer (CCO) by managing the operational aspects of our creative teams: copywriting, ads, acquisition, design, social media, and email marketing. This role is focused on enhancing efficiency, tracking key metrics, and ensuring that projects are delivered smoothly and on time, freeing up our CCO to focus on creative vision and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across creative teams, including copywriting, ads, acquisition, design, social media, and email marketing, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Foxelli’s goals.

  • Performance Tracking: Set and monitor KPIs across all creative functions to assess team performance, using data to support accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement processes that streamline work and enhance productivity across the creative department.

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Serve as a central link between creative teams and other departments to ensure clear communication and cohesive project execution.

  • Resource Planning: Manage resources effectively, allocate tasks, and prioritize projects to align with overall business objectives.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to the CCO on team performance, project progress, and opportunities for operational improvement.

Job requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Operations or Project Management: Background in operations, project management, or a similar role within creative, marketing, or digital content environments.

  • Full-Stack Marketing Understanding: Knowledge of the key elements in a successful marketing funnel—including ads, copy, design/CRO, customer angles, emails, and other performance-driven components.

  • Passion for E-Commerce and Marketing: A strong interest in e-commerce, with a broad understanding of what drives marketing success and how each department contributes to our overall strategy.

  • Data-Driven: Proficient in tracking and analyzing key metrics, with a focus on using data to drive improvements.

  • Project Management Skills: Competent in project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello for organizing tasks and timelines.

  • Strong Communication and Coordination Skills: Able to work effectively across departments to ensure smooth project flow and keep everyone aligned.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions that enhance team performance and efficiency.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.

  • 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.

  • Home Task.

  • 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

SALARY

€2,000 - €4,000 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience + bonus.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
