❕This role is 100% remote, and you will join a team that already Works from 20 different world countries.
THE ROLE
This role offers a mix of hands-on financial tasks, such as payroll, budgeting, and cost management, along with administrative responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Inventory Manager, HR Manager, and CCO on key financial tasks such as bill payments, payroll, and financial records.
Ensure accurate and organized financial documentation, adhering to company policies.
Assist in preparing insightful financial reports.
Administrative Tasks: Support cross-functional projects by completing critical tasks.
Handle data entry, updates, and maintenance in spreadsheets and databases.
Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and agreements precisely.
Gain hands-on experience in finance operations and grow your knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and audits.
Learn from our seasoned finance team and take on increasing ownership of tasks.
Job requirements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Relevant experience in finance or bookkeeping with a track record of ownership and responsibility.
Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.
Self-driven and adaptable, thriving in a collaborative and independent work environment.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
10-minute online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.
15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.
45-minute e-meet with the Hiring Manager and HR Team Member to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

SALARY
€1100 - €1600 after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience) + commissions based on performance.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
