About the Role:

  • Drive Sales: Leverage the power of Facebook groups and ads to convert potential customers into loyal buyers. Employ creative strategies to engage, inspire, and encourage customers to take action.

  • Analyze & Optimize: Monitor your performance, analyze data, and continuously refine your approach to stay competitive. Your ability to adapt and innovate is crucial for maximizing sales outcomes.

  • Innovate & Experiment: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing new sales strategies in digital marketing. Whether it’s through targeted competitions or exclusive community offers, you’ll continuously find effective ways to drive engagement and increase sales.

Job requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • A deep understanding of Facebook’s platform, including groups, ads, and community features, with a knack for using them to boost sales.

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within a social media or digital marketing environment.

  • Strong communication skills, able to craft and deliver messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed results.

  • A passion for e-commerce, data, and a competitive spirit that motivates you to outperform.

Salary 800 - 1400 Euros after taxes + a bonus from the generated revenue
