What You'll Do: We need a Talent Network Builder who is a fantastic communicator with a natural talent for working with people. If you get energized by talking and conducting interviews and can converse endlessly, let’s meet ASAP!


  • CV Screening: Review resumes and identify top candidates to move forward in the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Assistance: Support our colleagues with HR-related inquiries and provide necessary information or guidance.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Use job boards and social media to source potential candidates.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Actively approach potential candidates on LinkedIn, building and maintaining relationships, and continuously engaging with top talent.
  • Cultural Fit Interviews: Conduct interviews focused on assessing cultural fit, even if there is no immediate job opening, to ensure a strong alignment with our values and team dynamics.
  • Talent Pipelines Management: Organize and maintain talent pipelines using Recruitee ATS, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Creative Talent Attraction: Constantly think of new and innovative ways to attract top talent, enhancing Foxelli Group's employer branding and making us a desirable place to work.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to build and promote Foxelli Group’s employer brand through various channels, creating a strong and appealing presence in the talent market.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and transparent recruitment journey.
  • Support Recruitment Activities: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing recruitment databases.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to achieve shared goals.
  • Efficient Delivery: Assist in meeting recruitment targets quickly and effectively.

Job requirements

What We Need:
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience screening resumes and conducting initial interviews is required.
  • Sourcing Skills: Basic understanding of using social media and job boards for sourcing candidates, with a focus on LinkedIn outreach.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to connect with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • ATS Management: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Recruitee, is a plus.
  • Creativity: A passion for finding new and innovative ways to attract and engage talent.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a competitive and dynamic environment.
  • Policy Knowledge: A basic understanding of HR policies and procedures is a plus.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to deliver accurate and timely results.

Compensation:
  • Salary: €600-€900 + bonus, after taxes (depending on your skills and experience).
  • Note: This role requires a self-employment certificate.
