This is an amazing opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about E-commerce to gain massive amounts of knowledge while working with the greatest experts in their fields.  This position is responsible for testing, developing, and implementing various e-commerce tactics and aligning business and technology development efforts to foster growth and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

• Research ideas that can improve key business metrics: revenue, CLTV, AOV, and conversion rate.
• Execute/implement (with or without testing) e-commerce tactics for the brands and track their success.
• Manage and coordinate execution processes for high efficiency.
• Ensure quality assurance for final outcomes
  
• Optimize and improve existing tactics.

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze customer feedback and leverage insights for strategic improvements.

Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams.

E-commerce Expertise: In-depth understanding of e-commerce trends, marketing strategies, and techniques to deliver tangible results.

Project Management: Solid experience in managing projects, demonstrating a capacity for organization and leadership.

Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy with a knack for leveraging technology to solve problems and improve processes.

E-commerce and Digital Marketing: Seeking hands-on experience through the implementation of initiatives that have delivered revenue growth, enhanced customer engagement, or other tangible results for e-commerce platforms.

Decision-Making: Demonstrated experience making decisive and quick decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Initiative and Ownership: A proactive mindset, ready to take charge from the outset to the completion of projects, with minimal need for supervision.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments while maintaining high productivity.

Time Management: Exceptional time management skills, able to balance multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

Salary: 1000-2000 EUR (depending on experience) + bonus.
