Creative Operations Specialist (100% remote)

  • Remote
    • Vilnius, Vilniaus apskritis, Lithuania
  • €2,000 - €4,000

Job description

Foxelli Group is a forward-thinking e-commerce company with over ten years of success. Generating more than $20 million annually across several brands, we’re driven by a commitment to innovation and growth. We push boundaries and challenge norms, and we’re looking for a skilled professional to help drive our next phase.

This is a dream role for e-commerce fans who thrive on seeing ideas come to life and want to make a tangible impact on fast-growing brands. We are seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to support our Chief Creative Officer (CCO) by managing the operational aspects of our creative teams: copywriting, ads, acquisition, design, social media, and email marketing. This role is focused on enhancing efficiency, tracking key metrics, and ensuring that projects are delivered smoothly and on time, freeing up our CCO to focus on creative vision and innovation.

Please note: This role isn’t for everyone. Do not apply if you are looking for a typical 9-5 role, prefer not to work remotely, find it difficult to adapt to change, or are primarily interested in a strategic or high-level planning position. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to dive into operational details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across creative teams, including copywriting, ads, acquisition, design, social media, and email marketing, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Foxelli’s goals.

  • Performance Tracking: Set and monitor KPIs across all creative functions to assess team performance, using data to support accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement processes that streamline work and enhance productivity across the creative department.

  • Cross-Team Coordination: Serve as a central link between creative teams and other departments to ensure clear communication and cohesive project execution.

  • Resource Planning: Manage resources effectively, allocate tasks, and prioritize projects to align with overall business objectives.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to the CCO on team performance, project progress, and opportunities for operational improvement.

Job requirements

  • Experience in Operations or Project Management: Background in operations, project management, or a similar role within creative, marketing, or digital content environments.

  • Full-Stack Marketing Understanding: Knowledge of the key elements in a successful marketing funnel—including ads, copy, design/CRO, customer angles, emails, and other performance-driven components.

  • Passion for E-Commerce and Marketing: A strong interest in e-commerce, with a broad understanding of what drives marketing success and how each department contributes to our overall strategy.

  • Data-Driven: Proficient in tracking and analyzing key metrics, with a focus on using data to drive improvements.

  • Project Management Skills: Competent in project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello for organizing tasks and timelines.

  • Strong Communication and Coordination Skills: Able to work effectively across departments to ensure smooth project flow and keep everyone aligned.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions that enhance team performance and efficiency.
