This is a new and evolving role, perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing, community-building, and sales.About the Role:
As a Community Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our community-led sales strategy. Your mission will be to grow our communities, attract new members, and creatively engage existing ones to boost sales. You don’t need direct experience in a similar role; we’re looking for someone resourceful, innovative, and eager to explore new ways to deliver value and generate profit. By utilizing strategies like live sessions, exciting offers, and interactive events, you’ll transform our communities into dynamic sales channels.What You’ll Do:
  • Leverage Brand Communities: Use Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to engage our communities, increase member acquisition, and boost sales. Tap into existing groups and audiences to build stronger connections.
  • Create Value-Driven Offers: Develop compelling promotions, exclusive offers, and unique events that create buzz and motivate members to purchase.
  • Drive Engagement Through Various Events: Host or find  someone who will host live events, product showcases, Q&A sessions, and contests to keep the community engaged and interested in our offerings.
  • Innovate with Community Strategies: Implement creative approaches to grow our online presence and sales, experimenting with various engagement tactics.
  • Analyze & Adapt: Continuously monitor the performance of your strategies, collect feedback, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Empower Advocates: Identify key community members who are passionate about our brand and give them the tools to become brand ambassadors.

Job requirements

What You’ll Need:
  • Digital Marketing Savvy: Familiarity with Meta's platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and a basic understanding of leveraging communities for growth and sales.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and implement creative ways to engage our audience and drive sales.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with community members and create engaging content.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Passion for sales and a willingness to experiment with new strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Proactive Attitude: Comfortable taking initiative, experimenting with different tactics, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Interest in Community Building: A genuine interest in fostering online communities and creating a positive, inclusive environment.
