This dynamic leader will oversee a talented team of specialists to ensure the strategic execution and stellar performance of all Amazon sales funnels and advertising campaigns.
Responsibility
Lead and Inspire: Empower a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results across Amazon's advertising ecosystem. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to exceed sales and growth targets consistently.
Optimize for Success: Continuously monitor and refine key performance indicators. Leverage cutting-edge analytics tools to gain deep insights into campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Navigate the Amazon Landscape: Stay abreast of Amazon's ever-evolving policies, algorithms, and best practices. Ensure all advertising efforts adhere to platform guidelines while maximizing visibility and conversion rates.
Data-Driven Strategies: Craft and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across Amazon's various ad formats, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
Unlock New Opportunities: Continuously explore and evaluate emerging advertising trends and platforms to identify new avenues for growth and expansion.
Results & KPIs:
High-Performing Team: Cultivate a team of Amazon experts who are passionate about driving sales and delivering exceptional results.
Revenue Growth: Achieve >30% annual revenue growth for Foxelli Outdoor Gear.
Channel Expansion: Proactively explore growth channels and emerging trends, including TikTok Shop, to drive innovation and test new promotional methods.
Job requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience driving sales growth on Amazon, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Amazon's advertising platform, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.
- Proven ability to develop and optimize high-converting sales funnels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- A passion for e-commerce and a relentless drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You like being told what to do.

Salary of 3000 - 4000 Euros after taxes + a bonus from the generated revenue
