As an Amazon FBA Specialist, you will be one of the major team-players of our Amazon Project Management team; Responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring that our products are always in stock and readily available for our customers.

You will work closely with our team of Amazon experts, who will provide you with valuable insights into how to optimize inventory management on the platform. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the latest industry trends and best practices, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that positively impact our business.

Your main function would be:

• Assess inventory levels, plan and place orders;

• Keep inventory and storage information up to date;

• Communicate with suppliers and Amazon support regarding various technical issues;

• Assist the team with other various tasks and responsibilities on demand;

• Ensure accuracy in invoices and track processed payments.

• Assist the team with additional tasks to ensure great results.

As an ideal candidate, you would have:

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills - able to plan ahead

• Experience in inventory management or a high interest in the field;

• Excellent communication and cooperation skills;

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changes in inventory levels and demand.

• Experience in inventory management or a high interest in the field;

• Familiarity with Amazon FBA, Amazon Seller Central, and other Amazon seller tools

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze sales data and inventory metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
