In this role, you will:

• Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process at a high standard;

• Ensure the candidates fit both the specified role requirements and company values;

• Track KPI data and provide weekly/monthly recruitment overview reports;

• Think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best..

• Building excellent talent pipelines

• Reaching out to the talent

• Be a team player and always look for ways to take the HR department to the next level

• If needed - help our HR team with other projects

• At least 1 year of experience as recruiter / headhunter

• Professional English skills (both verbal and written);

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented and want to get things done

• Pro-active and self-organized problem solver with hands-on attitude;

• People-oriented - you should be empathetic, kind and optimistic;

• Stay up to date with the newest HR trends and techniques;

• Ability to understand people beyond spoken words - you should be able to read non-verbal cues, identify different human behaviour patterns

• Feel like fish in the water in an ever-changing environment

• Value teamwork, kindness and believe that together great things can be accomplished

  Salary: Starting at 1300eur after taxes - no limit (depending on your skills and experience) + quarterly bonus
