Here’s the best part: We’re looking for an E-commerce Sales Manager. As an E-commerce Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to increase our online sales and the presence of our brands. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, implementing best practices, and optimizing our e-commerce operations. This role requires a creative and data-driven individual who is capable of balancing strategy with execution.
E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy, encompassing customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and customer retention.
Digital Marketing: Create, brainstorm, and experiment with various PPC, social media tactics, and affiliate programs, to drive traffic and deliver growth.
Website Optimization: Monitor the website optimization for user experience, performance, and mobile responsiveness
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze all attribution metrics and funnels providing regular reports and insights to guide decision-making.
Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve marketing goals and ROI targets.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Experience working with DTC brands.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 2500-4500 EUR NET (depending on your skills and experience), + bonuses.
